July / August: € 3.500 – 3.800 / week

The villa is rented for a minimum period of one week.

The weekly rental fee includes the cost of heating, water, electricity, gas and possible snow removal. For rental periods longer than one month, the expense is charged separately.

Thanks to its unique architectural features, Villa Morassutti is also particularly suitable as a location for the organization of small exclusive and private events.
